To assist you in choosing your perfect Buffet Menu, we have designed an easy to use, four-level selection process. Just choose; Crystal, Silver, Gold, or Diamond level, and then the Fun can really begin.
We have delicious Hors D’oeuvres (If you’re looking for more options, please check out Hors D’oeuvres menu), Scrumptious Entrées, a variety of fabulous Sides, Vegetables, and Salads for every taste.
Buffets starting at only $14.95 include:
Equipment, Set-up & Take-down, one (1) Full Hour of Buffet Service, and Single Use Products. If you desire, we offer upgrades for full table service, upgraded-single use products, china, glass, flatware, cake cutting service and table bussing service. All our Wedding and Event catering comes with: One full hour of service for guest counts up to 100 guests and 1 ½ hours for guest counts greater than 100. For events needing additional time please ask for our hourly event rate. Coastal Catering also provides a "Courtesy-Sweep" of the dining area to remove plates, napkins, etc. immediately after the meal for free. We typically arrive 1 to 1 ½ hours before the guest arrive to do set-up. Please remember that it takes us long to take down as it does to set-up. We are very discrete in both.
In addition, you have your choice of:
- Clear Acrylic table and flatware for $1pp, with white napkins.
- Our Premium Single Use Milan Plates and Rolled Reflectionsware cutlery in a large (17”x17”) linen napkin for $2.25pp, or
- Glassware, Stainless Flatware and White China Plates starting at $8pp. About 90% of our customers appreciate our Premium single-use products, but more formal setting are very nice, too!

Desire large beautiful Displays? Our custom displays start a $100 for this fabulous option. Glazed Real Breads, Fresh Veggies, and Greenery with beautiful baskets, vases and custom pieces. Let’s talk about your vision…!
We offer “Stay & Clean” service. That simply means we stay to the end to buss the tables of all plates, glasses and associated waste. We don’t take down decorations. So, leave the clean-up and trash removal to dumpster with us for Just $2.50pp for guests counts up to 100 and $2.25 for guests counts over 100+.
Cake Cutting is beautifully preformed by Chef Marshall and staff for $2.25pp. This service includes single-use plates, forks, and dessert sized napkins.
TABC Certified Bartenders usually run between $20-$30 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. All set-ups and equipment are to be provided by the host.
